It’s so hard to believe that this is the third year of offering and following the full moon poster and printable! With the help of our 2017 full moon printable, the moon was our near constant companion. Tuning into and celebrating its phases has been transformative, moving us ever-closer to nature and her rhythms. The great news about this upcoming year is that we get to do it all over again together!
I’m so thrilled to offer a brand new, FREE 2018 full moon printable, and an original piece of artwork (16 x 16) perfect for displaying in your home or classroom. Whatever route you choose, I would love for you to come along with us as we walk this circle again.
Both the printable and the poster feature the names and dates of all the full moons for 2018. The names first appeared in The Maine Farmers’ Almanac in the 1930s, and are rooted in Native American traditions. Each name speaks to timely seasonal shifts or events, and serves as a powerful way for us to reflect on our own lives.
